Syria, Seleucis and Pieria. Apameia. Pseudo-autonomous issue under Roman rule. 30/29 B.C. AE 22 (21.91 mm, 8.07 g, 12 h). Struck 303 B.C. head of Dionysos right wreath in ivy / [A]ΠPAMEΩN / THΣ IERAΣ - ΓT (= yr 303 = 30/29 B.C.) Σ / KAI AΣYΛOY, ethnic vertically downwards to right and left of cornucopiae. RPC I 4354. Near VF, dark green patina roughness and some tan deposits in obverse field.
