Victoria (1837-1901), bronze Farthings (2), 1864, examples of no serif 4 and 4 with serif in date, "bun" type laureate and draped bust left, five berries in wreath, rev. Britannia seated right on rock with trident and shield, lighthouse to left, ship to right, date in exergue (Peck 1869; Fr.511, 511A; S.3958). Both toned, the plain no serif 4 with more lustre than the serif 4, graded and slabbed by CGS UK as CGS EF 78 and CGS EF75 respectively, a rare pair. (2)
