George III (1760-1820), silver Bank Token of Three Shillings, 1811, first laureate and cuirassed bust right, front leaf at top points to end of E of DEI, Latin legend GEORGIUS III DEI GRATIA REX, toothed border and outer raised rim both sides, rev. denomination and date in four lines surrounded by oak and laurel wreath of 26 acorns, BANK / TOKEN / 3 SHILL. / 1811, weight 14.75g (Bull 2065 type A1/12; ESC 408; C&R 1076; S.3769). Toned, almost extremely fine.
