Post-Union crowned cruciform shields, six strings to Irish harp, garter star at centre, retrograde Z type 1 in date either side of top crown, Latin legend and toothed border surrounding, .MAG BRI. FR ET. HIB REG., edge inscribed in raised letters of upright orientation to obverse, star stops on edge, **DECVS* ET* TVTAMEN* *ANNO* REGNI* SEPTIMO*, weight 14.86g (Bull 1383 R; ESC 576A; C&R 587; S.3605; S.5710A). Toned, some light surface marks, fine, reverse better, very rare with the z type 1 in date.
