George I (1714-27), silver Shilling, 1720, first laureate and draped bust right, Latin legend and toothed border surrounding, GEORGIVS. D. G. M. BR. FR. ET. HIB. REX. F. D., rev. crowned cruciform shields, eight strings to Irish harp, garter star at centre, Z type 1 in date either side of top crown, Latin legend and toothed border surrounding, large lettering .BRVN ET. L. DVX S.R.I.A:TH ET. EL., weight 6.02g (Bull 1573; ESC 1169; C&R 719; S.3646). Toned, with a few light flecks, a little friction to high points only, extremely fine.
