Pre-Union crowned cruciform later shields, five strings to Irish harp, roses and plumes in alternate angles, garter star at centre, date either side of top crown, Latin legend and toothed border surrounding, .MAG BR. FRA ET. HIB REG., weight 3.00g (Bull 1450; ESC 1585; C&R 649 R; S.3594). Toned, some hairline marks, otherwise almost extremely fine and rare this well preserved.
