George III (1760-1820), copper Halfpenny, 1773, laureate and cuirassed bust right, Latin legend and toothed border surrounding both sides, GEORGIVS. III. REX., rev. second type, Britannia seated left on globe with spear and olive branch, date in exergue, BRITAN NIA., weight 8.48g (Peck 904; C&R 1123 R; S.3774). Some lustre both sides, light tone, quite well struck, extremely fine.
