II. DEI. GRA. REGINA. FID. DEF., rev. St George and dragon right, date in exergue, B.P. to upper right for original designer Benedetto Pistrucci, issue weight 7.98g (cf.S.SC10). Some light handling marks both sides from being tested at the trial, good extremely fine sealed in a tamper evident security pack and special folder with booklet about the Trial of the Pyx and the Goldsmith's Company, hand signed certificate from the Queen's Assay Master Graeme Smith as only 8 coins were packaged this way though not individually numbered, such a limited edition that it does not appear in the Standard Catalogue, a major attraction for gold Sovereign collectors, very rare presented as such.
