CELTIC, Southern Gaul. Allobroges. Circa 80-70 BC. Drachm (Silver, 15 mm, 2.36 g, 6 h). Celticized laureate male head to right. Rev. Horse springing left; above, stylized caduceus left. DT -, cf. 3120 (head to left and with VOL on the reverse). LT -, cf. 2630 (head to left and with VOL on the reverse). An extremely rare variety. The obverse struck somewhat off center, otherwise, very fine.
