Philip I, 244-249. Dupondius (Orichalcum, 23 mm, 8.90 g, 1 h), Rome, 248. IMP M IVL PHILIPPVS AVG Radiate, draped and cuirassed bust of Philip I to right, seen from behind. Rev. SAECVLVM NOVVM / S C Hexastyle temple with statue (Roma?) in center of columns. Cohen 204. RIC 163c corr. (reverse legend). Very rare. Struck on a slightly short flan and with a minor flan crack, otherwise, very fine.
