Jordan or Gurdan had an interesting career, striking first this local dies coinage in the name of Stephen, then striking coins of the same type using a deliberately obliterated obverse die, and finally striking Angevin coins in the name of Matilda (see Welsh Hoards p. 45).
Estimate: £400 - £500
