(x) Stephen (1135-54), Irregular Issue Penny, 1.30g, 'Watford' type reading pereric, London, Alfred, + pere[ric], crowned bust right holding lis topped sceptre, rev. + al[fr]ed : on : lvn, cross moline, lis in angles (Mack 47 - this coin; N.928; S.1279), struck unusually off centre on obverse, otherwise very fine and legible, an extremely rare type for London.
