SELEUKID EMPIRE. Antiochos IV Epiphanes. 175-164 BC. Æ (16mm, 3.06 g, 9h). Quasi-municipal issue. Antioch in Mydgonia (Nisibis) mint. Struck circa 168-164 BC. Diademed and radiate head right; [monogram (mark of value) to left] / Apollo standing right, holding bow and drawing arrow; control marks not visible. Cf. SC 1504; HGC 9, 639. Near EF, encrusted dark green patina, some cleaning scratches.
