Diva Faustina Senior. Died AD 140/1. AR Denarius (17mm, 3.33 g, 12h). Rome mint. Struck under Antoninus Pius, circa AD 146-161. Draped bust right, wearing pearls bound on top of her head / AED DIV FAVSTINAE, hexastyle temple in which is a seated figure of Faustina Senior; fencing before. RIC III 343 (Pius); RSC 1. VF, toned, deposit on obverse.
