Valerian I. AD 253-260. AR Antoninianus (21.2mm, 3.29 g, 1h). Colonia Agrippinensis (Cologne) mint. 1st emission, AD 257-258. Radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Sol advancing left, extending arm and holding whip. RIC V 12 var. (obv. bust type); MIR 36, 868i; RSC 143a var. (same). Good VF, toned. Excellent metal for issue.
