Arabia Petraea, Bostra. Trajan. A.D. 98-117. AR tridrachm (23 mm, 10.24 g, 7 h). Cos. VI (A.D. 112-114). AYTOKP KAIC NEP TPAIANOC CEB ΓERM ΔAK, laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Trajan right / ΔHMAPX EΞ YΠATO ς, three standards, surmounted respectively by wreath, legionary eagle on thunderbolt, and hand. Cf. Sydenham 226-227 (Caesarea); cf. Metcalf, Tell Kalak Hoard p. 106, 10 and 11-13 (obv./rev.); Woytek bust h; RPC 4062. Very rare and possibly unique. Lovely portrait of Trajan. Nice very fine.

Ex Triskeles 22 (15 December 2017), 379.

RPC notes just seven specimens of this coin, all struck from this obverse die. However, the reverse is slightly different. On the coin described in RPC, the standards are topped with a hand, legionary eagle and a wreath, from left to right, while here the outer two standards have their toppings switched. This reverse is known combined with other bust types, just not this particular bust variety.
