CAESAR AVGVSTVS DIVI F PATER PATRIAE, laureate head of Augustus right / C L CAESARES in exergue, AVGVSTI F C[OS DESIG PRIN]C IVVENT around, Gaius and Lucius Caesars standing facing, resting hands on shields between them, two spears behind; above, simpulum and lituus. RIC 210; Lyon 85; BN 1659-61; BMC 540-3; RSC 43c. Scratch an scrape under tone. Very fine.
