M AVR ANTON CAES PONTIF, bare-headed, draped and cuirassed bust of Caracalla right / PRINCIPI I-V-VENTVTIS, Caracalla standing facing, head left, holding scepter and spear before trophy to right. RIC 329; BMC 458; RSC 505. Lightly toned. Boldly struck and excellent metal. Good very fine.
