Kanishka I. A.D. 127/8-ca. 147. Æ unit (18 mm, 4.17 g). Crowned king standing left, holding spear and sacrificing at altar at left, with Baktrian legend around / Two-armed Oesho (Shiva) standing right, with Bactrian legend OHPO to left. MK 813; MACW 3185. Very Rare and choice. Black patina with sandy highlights. Good fine.

This quarter unit has Shiva facing right instead of the usual left. The legend is also on the left instead of the usual right.
