Abdul Aziz, Sultan of Turkey, Visit to the City of London, 1867, copper medal, by J. S. & A. B. Wyon, draped bust right, wearing a fez, rev. Londinia standing before an altar decorated with the city shield and inscribed welcome, greets the figure of Turkey, St Pauls Cathedral and mosque of St. Sophia behind, 76mm (Eimer 1591; BHM 2872; Welch 10), minor staining around rim, otherwise, lustrous, a pleasing extremely fine, scarce, only 350 struck.
