Nasr-Ed-Din, Shah of Persia, Visit to the City of London, 1873, copper medal, by A. B. Wyon, bust three-quarters left, draped and wearing a fez decorated with a diamond aigrette, rev. Londinia standing between shield of London and Persia, holds a scroll inscribed 20th June 1873, 77mm (Eimer 1623; BHM 2951; Welch 13), the odd surface mark, otherwise lustrous, extremely fine, scarce, only 400 struck.
