Londinia, attended by two cupids, welcomes the Czar; Peaces's wings ourstretched stands over couple, altar decorated with Russian eagle, 77mm, (Eimer 1634; BHM 2981; Welch 14), the surfaces lightly wiped and with minor staining on reverse, otherwise a bold very fine.
