North Thames, uninscribed coinage (c. 60-40 BC) gold Quarter-Stater, 'Tring Wheel' type, 1.25g, abstract laureate head right, rev. triple-tailed horse, pelleted-annulet, wheel and cogwheel motifs surround (VA -; S -; ABC 2228), minor striking splits at edges, otherwise extremely fine and very rare.
