A special and decorative crème-green jade water jar in the shape of a pumpkin
With a long well-carved body, twisting vines ending in a heart-shaped leaf rests on one side in high relief, pierced and hollowed with a neat round aperture in the centre of its body decorated by a band of incised striated triangles. The shape and details of the body, leaf and vine eloquently incised. The crème-green jade stone with strands of brown marbling. Used as a water jar by writers and painters for their paintbrushes.
