A unique and important imperial dark-green jade Ch'ien Long (Qianlong) seal accompanying by a beautifully decorated wooden box
Of square form, crowned with two superbly carved intertwined lion figures, back to back. A yellow silk string through the middle. The sides of the seal incised with four different types of text; Archaic, decorative, Mongolian and Manchu. With a small carving of Emperor Ch'ien Long's seal. A large seal of Emperor Ch'ien Long carved on the underside. Accompanied by a carved wooden box Square-shaped with a flat base for the Imperial Ch'in Long seal. The cover, slightly smaller to it the base, is elegantly carved on the top.
