(x) Central Bank of Oman, a printers archival composite obverse and reverse essay on card for a proposed issue of 50 rials, ND (1981), serial number A/1 995970, blue, violet and multicoloured, Sultan Qaboos bin Said at right, arms low centre, value top left and right, reverse violet and muticoloured, Jabreen Fort at left centre, value low left and right(Pick 21 for similar, TBB B209 for similar), in PCGS holder 67 PPQ, Superb Gem New. The essay has similarities to the issued note of 1982 but there are colour and major design differences. A truly beautiful and striking essay, unique and a wonderful item.
