Extremely Fine (close to lustrous Uncirculated if not for substandard flan); adjustment marks in flan (visible on both sides) and resulting areas of weak strike; lightly toned with some iridescence; light haymarking; thin scratch before chin on obverse. Rare and an unusual "mint error" (or, perhaps, "mint negligence"?).
