Good Very Fine; beautiful old tone; tiny flaw behind shoulder on obverse; old scuff and small peck mark on reverse in second quarter, light hairline scratches in third quarter margin; marks are old and well toned. A beautiful example.

The very first issue of Elizabeth is particularly elusive in attractive condition; note the Standard Catalog valuation of £2500. This coin offers a well struck portrait on a large flan generally free of the damage that is so often present for this issue.
