FIDES MILITVM Fides standing front, head to right, holding vexillum in her right hand and signum in her left. BMC -. Cohen -. HJB 137 (2004), 393 (same dies). Lanz 44 (1988), 699 (same obverse die, acquired by C. Clay and now in the BM). RIC -. Unpublished in the standard references and of the highest rarity. A beautifully struck, well centered and nicely toned piece. Extremely fine.
