KINGS OF PAEONIA. Lykkeios, circa 359-335 BC. Tetradrachm (Silver, 24 mm, 12.83 g, 7 h), Astibos or Damastion. Laureate head of Apollo to right. Rev. ΛYKK-[EIOY] Herakles standing left, strangling the Nemean lion; to right, bow and quiver. Leu 1 (2017), 59 (same dies). Paeonian Hoard 72. SNG ANS 1021. A well struck example with an exceptionally sharp reverse. The obverse slightly double struck, otherwise, good extremely fine.
