EPEIROS. Ambrakia. Circa 360-338 BC. Stater (Silver, 26.5 mm, 7.98 g, 6 h). Pegasos flying to right; below, A. Rev. Head of Athena to left, wearing Corinthian helmet; behind neck, oinochoe to left. Calciati 121/2. Extremely rare, apparently the third known example with this reverse symbol. Toned and with a very well-centered reverse. Obverse struck slightly off center from a slightly worn die, otherwise, about extremely fine.
