Nero. AD 54-68. Æ Sestertius (33.8mm, 28.68 g, 1h). Rome mint. Struck circa AD 64. Laureate head right / Nero on horseback riding right, holding spear; behind him, soldier on horseback right, holding vexillum. RIC I 172 var. (with aegis); WCN 89 var. (same). Fine, dark green and reddish brown surfaces, roughness, some smoothing.
