Helmeted head of Athena facing slightly left; spear to left, shield to right / Φ-ΑΡ-ΣAΛIΩ, Thessalian cavalryman, holding flail, on horse rearing right; to left, footman advancing right, holding mace. Lavva 341–5 var. (V176/R– [unlisted rev. die]); cf. Rogers 505; BCD Thessaly II 674.7 (same obv. die); HGC 4, 649. VF, dark green-brown patina, some roughness.
