ANTONINVS PIVS FEL AV, laureate, draped and cuirassed, beardless bust of Elgabalus, seen from behind / C G I H P, Capitoline wolf right, looking back at twins, Romulus and Remus suckling. Cf. equally compelling cognates are quoted on-line for both Caracalla and Elagabalus with the same/very similar legends, etc. Elagabalus chosen here on the basis of portrait (bare-faced), obverse legend, and style of the reverse.It could be either, however.
