Kolophon mint, Struck 323-305 B.C. Head of Alexander as young Hercules right, wearing lion-skin headdress, paws tied at throat / ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ, Zeus Aetephoros enthroned left, right leg drawn back, holding eagle and scepter; KA monogram in left field, Φ beneath throne. Price 1823; Müller 808. Good VF, lightly toned.
