Cyprus, 3 piastres, 1901, Victoria, NGC MS 62. KM-4. Another one-year type struck in the final year of Queen Victoria's reign. As with the prior lot, this type is very tough to find in MS grades, much less so with such pleasing old envelope toning as this piece has. Choice piece with vivid purple and orange toning over lustrous surfaces with blue highlights. NGC #2713825-009.
