Among the hoard coins for this issue are a handful of MS 67's, like this coin, some designated as PL (as this one should be), but only one is rated MS 68, hence the present coin is tied for second finest in NGC census, with brilliant luster all over, choice deep strike, 100% free of marks or wear.
