Obverse with open-book Constitution within rays, legend SANCIONADA POR EL CONGRESO JRAL DEL PERU; reverse with PRO- / MULGADA Y / JURADA EN / 20.DE ABRIL. / DE 1828. Good strike with full details, patchy green-gold toning over lustrous surfaces, technically tied with one other for finest known in NGC census under correct Fonrobert number.
