Separate front and back proofs prepared by the American Bank Note Company for a bank that never ended up issuing notes, unlisted in both the Standard Catalog and Parra and thus probably unique. Printed on thick paper, mounting remnants along top margins with paper pulls, some distortion of printing along top border of obverse proof. Without series or date noted, serial number of solid zeros.
