English large-bore flintlock officer's boarding pistol, early 1800s. 851 grams, 12" long, 6" barrel. Lovely small walnut-stock gun with 80-caliber round-to-flat engraved metal barrel, British proof marks, engraved iron trigger guard, iron belt hook, silver escutcheon plate with owner's initials "WB" and "58", probable original brass-tipped ramrod, all in very good to excellent condition including functional lock.
