Philippines (under Spain), 4 pesos, Isabel II, 1868 (frozen date), NGC MS 62. KM-144. Nice luster with incipient toning, faint minor bagmarks, slight flan-bulge in front of face. The 1868 issue was struck from 1869 to 1873 with date frozen as 1868. NGC #4822204-001.
