Diademed head of the deified Alexander right, with horn of Ammon / Athena Nikephoros seated left, shield decorated with Medusa's head resting against base of throne, spear resting behind; ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ to right, ΛΥΣΙΜΑΞΟΥ to left, monogram to inner left, [crescent in exergue].
