THESSALY, Trikka. Circa 440-400 BC. AR Hemidrachm (16.5mm, 2.82 g, 1h). Thessalos, petasos and cloak tied at neck, holding band around head of forepart of bull right / TPI KK AI retrograde around, forepart of bridled horse right; all within incuse square with rounded edges and corners. BCD Thessaly II 768 (same dies); HGC 4, 311. Near VF, toned, light porosity, graffito on reverse.
