George III (1760-1820), Pattern Sixpence, 1788, in silver, by Jean-Pierre Droz, large flan module, crowned gr cypher inside wreath, rev. en médaille, britan-nia, Britannia seated left, date in exergue, edge straight grained, 2.53g (ESC 2216 {1642}; S-), much surviving brilliance, overlaid by a light, but attractive iridescence, some sporadic surface marks and other cabinet friction, otherwise near extremely fine, scarce.
