With a clearly overpunched "4" and not listed in D&P as a known variety, this likely rare specimen exudes intrigue. Minimal friction is noted on the high points, and there appears to be a strange die anomally within the "E" of "MEXICANA". These "flaws" are completely compensated for by the stunning tonal blends of cobalt and champagne hues and overall interesting nature of this coin.
