AV[T] K [M] ΟΠ CЄVH [MA]KPЄINO[C] CЄ, Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Macrinus right; to right, Apollo Lukeios standing facing on omphalos, holding wolf by forelegs in right hand, bow in left / Tyche standing right, presenting uncertain object to emperor standing left, in military attire and holding spear.
