Nero. AD 54-68. Æ Dupondius (30mm, 13.61 g, 6h). Lugdunum (Lyon) mint. Struck circa AD 65. Laureate head left, globe at point of neck / Securitas seated right, holding scepter; altar before, against which leans torch resting on bucranium; II (mark of value) in exergue. RIC I 407; WCN 508; Lyon 86. Good VF, attractive brown patina; some minor cleaning marks evident.
