Marcus Aurelius. AD 161-180. Æ Sestertius (31mm, 20.34 g, 11h). Rome mint. Struck AD 163. Laureate bust right, slight drapery / Salus standing left, feeding from patera a serpent rising from altar and holding scepter. RIC III 844; MIR 18, 54-6/32; Banti 287. VF, dark green patina with some light earthen highlights/deposits, minor surface roughness.
