NORMAN. Henry I. 1100-1135. AR Penny (19mm, 1.42 g, 12h). Quadrilateral on Cross Fleurée type (BMC xv). Uncertain mint; Bricmar, moneyer. Struck circa 1125-1135. Crowned bust facing slightly left, holding scepter / + BRICIMA[R...], quadrilateral with incurved sides and fleurs at limbs; all over cross fleurée. North 871; SCBC 1276. VF, toned, usual weak strike, mint name off flan. This moneyer unknown in SCBI for Henry, but recorded for Steven at London.
