OH THEOOO SIHS PP ΛVC, diademed, helmeted, and cuirassed bust facing slightly right, holding spear and shield / SΛLVS ΠEI PV(block-form B)LICΛE , Theodosius II, enthroned, and Valentinian III, standing facing, each holding mappa and cruciform scepter; star above.
